If you would like to return an item please take note of the below terms and conditions.
How to return an item
- Send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order, outlining your reason for return and confirmation the item is in original packaging, is in unused condition and that you have proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this.
- We will respond and confirm your return and our address details.
- You'll need to return the items at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method, to arrive within 5 days of confirmation.
- If the item is deemed faulty we will reimburse you reasonable costs of shipping the item back to us.
- Your item will be assessed and a refund or exchange will be issued.
We offer refunds provided the above process is followed.
We are unable to accept any returned products that have been used, are not in original condition or without their original packaging.
We require proof of purchase for all returns.
We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not reach our standards.
All shipping costs relating to returns / exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Faulty or damaged products
We take every care to ensure your purchase leaves us in the best condition. If for any reason your purchase is faulty or damaged when you receive it please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after delivery of the goods. Please provide us with a photograph of the damage / fault so we can correctly identify the problem.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 7 days.

Upon receipt and confirmation that the item is faulty or damaged (through no fault of yours), we will refund your purchase, original cost of shipping and reasonable costs of shipping the item back to us.
Please remember many of our items are hand crafted products and subtle imperfections are part of their allure.
